Iran Attack (Desert Storm Vibes)

Going back to my previous post, my tooth problem has been fixed. I had to get a new crown, and I’m short $2800. If you have a dental emergency, be prepared to pay a substantial amount of money. Additionally, my job is experiencing problems, and I’ve been hearing rumors that they may cut hours. Gotta love that uncertainty! Additionally, for those interested in my work with WishesNetwork, I’m currently working on a GoAnimate video featuring Rod Cambridge as the main character.

I’ll shut the hell up with my problems and talk about the subject in question. On Saturday, Trump ordered a bomb attack on the country of Iran. He did so without Congress’s approval. It isn’t the first time a President has done something like this, so those right-wing wacky folks who love to point out how seriously evil the left are, they have a point. I disagree with Trump doing this without Congress’s approval. This move even angered some of his biggest fans, including Steve Bannon, Tucker Carlson, and also MTG. Adam Kinzinger agreed with Trump’s attack on Iran.

I’m not an expert; all I can hope for is that this attack does not lead to another version of the 2003-2011 Iraq War. We lost a lot of lives due to that mess. And I hope we don’t have another forever war. Watching the coverage gave me vibes when I saw the start of the Desert Storm war on 16 January 1991. I watched that live when I was 8 years old. And later on, my class and I would talk about the war during a gathering. It would later make the local news.

I was watching some of that coverage a couple of weeks ago. And I had the thought that I may see something similar to this live very soon. I never said to anybody, I just had that thought. I didn’t have a set time in mind for when it would happen. At the end of it all, it was sooner rather than later.

I’m not an expert and I don’t have a whole lot more to say.

High Hopes!
