When I saw Rush in 2015 at the former Palace of Auburn Hills, I thought I would never see Rush again. Although Geddy Lee played well on that show, Alex and Neil were having troubles. While enjoying that concert, I thought I’d never see this band again. I thought they would call it a day or just do a few slect gigs and hopefully they would come to Detroit. But in early 2018, Alex told the Globe and Mail that it was over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Rush announced a tour in October 2025, I was excited but also bewildered at first because they didn’t have a Detroit gig at the start. I wondered how to get to Cleveland and whether I’d get a hotel there and spend the night. I decided to wait a while and see if they would add a Detroit gig. Later, they did, so I was happy I hadn’t made any plans for Cleveland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m happy to see the whole 2112 set done. They also did Bravado, Subdivisions, The Analog Kid, The Garden, and Natural Science. And of course, Tom Sawyer. Take a look at the rest of the setlist<\/a>. One thing I regret now is not going to the Friday show as well. I could’ve done that. But I’m glad to see this again. For the show, I just took a few pictures and didn’t make any vids. I wanted to enjoy it without using my phone so much. I have a video link to Rush’s 2112 performance of the said concert down below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
