Creative
I’m almost done with a new Super Human Intelligence Towards Exile (aka Shite) track called Saturnalia. I recently got a weekend off and my Saturday plans went to crap, so I spent much of this hot day working on this track. You should see it on our Soundclick site by Friday or before. I don’t want to repeat what I did previously with a couple of tracks I made sometime ago. This song will lead it to about 52 minutes of music made, I’ll put a stop to it once I go past 69 minutes. With the “albums,” whatever I make this year (2021) will be put on the Troubling Times Ahead album. Once 2021 is over or when I reach 69-79 minutes of music made, that’ll be it for the album or era. Then for 2022, whatever I make will go onto the next album.
For those who want WishesNetwork to come back, I’m actively writing a script of sorts for a new EAS scenario. And yes, I’m looking to comeback with WishesNetwork. Once we get to winter time, I’ll be on the computer making vids and less time outside. With WishesNetwork, I will not make any serious announcement of a comeback. Beside the one scenario I’m writing, I’m going to do a mini-scenario first and upload that when the aforementioned scenario is at least 50 percent done.
Writing books? Heh… not anytime soon. Don’t fuckin’ care for now…
Coding, I have added a summary mode to this website. Lot easier to navigate and I notice some extra traffic to this site. I went to a different blog called Something Else Reviews. They talk about Progressive Rock mainly. They have a tags display on the bottom of their posts, and I’m looking to add that to this site down the road.
ADHD and Mental Illness
At my job, I primarily work 12-hour days. Every two hours we get a break and I would occupy a urinal every two hours. My OCD was telling me this plus I drink a lot of water on the job. Recently, I had fought with my OCD and now take a piss every 4 hours instead of two. However, my body has been doing some strange things. I wonder if me holding it in a little longer is the cause of this.
I have talked about my mind going “off the rails” in a previous post. In that post, I failed to properly define it, and I stumbled upon the words Sensory Overload. One of the things I really suck at, is properly defining things.
With the weekend I have off, I sat in the house mostly on Saturday. Kinda hard to do as I left the house twice. First one to get cigarettes from the Dollar General. And the second to get Ice Cream near by. I’m not the kind of guy who sits home all day on warm summer nights and even hot days like today. The hyperfocus kicked in during lunch time and after I got ice cream to work on Saturnalia. I’m not good with creativity from 2p-7p when I’m at home.
Politics & News
I do like the idea that we are ending the war in Afghanistan. However, some troubles are arising from that situation. Especially the 14 troops we lost due to a suicide attack from ISIS-K. I hope like hell we don’t ever get into these fucking wars again. But sadly, I don’t think we won’t be staying away for too long. Us Americans love war!
I’m watching some news on Hurricane Ida. Been hearing on local news about how Ida might be as bad as Hurricane Katrina. I think the news is being a bit dramatic with that one. But, it could happen. I hate how the news becomes too dramatic with shit. And I don’t even watch CNN, MSNBC, Fox News and OAN. Been listening to some NPR podcasts and shows on Covid-19 outbreaks in the south. Also, Tom Leykis is going crazy on his Twitter with the news of that situation. All I can say is I got my vaccination shots and I encourage others to do so. I do not want to get Covid-19. With Michigan, I wouldn’t be surprised that some lockdowns come up in our state during the fall/winter.
I’m also watching some news bits on Climate Change and Global Warming.
Finance/Investing
Long overdue for a finance article. Let’s quickly talk about a regret. AT&T when they announced the merger with Discovery, Tom Leykis sold his shares with AT&T. Some fellow listeners stated they did the same thing. I saw AT&T’s stock drop and I jumped off the bridge too. If I kept AT&T, I would’ve got about $33 in dividends this month. I kinda wish I kept the AT&T stock. Bad reaction for me there.
I also listened to a NPR podcast about improving one’s credit score.
Last
I sadly lost two people in the last two weeks. My cousin and a friend of mine in Rochester named Neil. Sadly, Neil had dementia and he passed away Wednesday. RIP Neil and my cousin.
